Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood good friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), in addition to their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, top selling keyboard, backing vocals).

To promote their track, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) simply by his LiveJournal web site. Impressed via the band, Wentz in my view met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance.
